About Gravel

Gravel is a Multicultural Literary Magazine at Hollins University where we strive to bring diverse voices from our campus student and faculty body, providing inclusivity within our community. We accept work from students, both undergraduate and graduate, and faculty at Hollins University. Although our physical magazine resides at Hollins, we also accept submissions outside of campus.

Submissions can be:

• Prose (limited to 6 pages)
• Poetry
• High Resolution Images of Artwork/Photography
• Graphic Media and/or Cartoons

If you have a piece you would like to submit, but do not wish to be outed, please let our editors know in the comments in your submissions.
